Shipping policy

Shipping orders can take 1-2 business days to be processed after the item has been made/ordered (Turnaround times for pre-orders are stated under each product). Please note we will not be shipping on weekends or holidays and to expect some delays during the holiday season.
Willow Hill Apparel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items or any packages that have been lost or stolen once they are out for delivery. We are also not responsible for any packages that are returned for incorrect shipping address.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. 

As stated in the return policy, if you need to return an item, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
